How to use and precautions for dust-free high temperature box
Lab Companion dust-free high-temperature box series for semiconductor manufacturing in silicon wafers, gallium arsenide, lithium niobate, glass and other materials coated with adhesive pretreatment baking, adhesive coated film baking and development of high-temperature baking; also applies to the electronic LCD, LCD, CMOS, IS, medicine, laboratories and other production and scientific research departments; but also for the drying of non-volatile and non-flammable and explosive substances, Heat treatment, aging and other high temperature test.
Dust-free high-temperature box is one of the experimental auxiliary drying equipment, a wide range of applications, the operation is more complex, therefore, more than the general oven has higher requirements, the use of the process has more places to pay attention to.
First, the sample placed
1, can not be placed in the oven heating state samples, need to ensure that the heating off state placed samples;
2, placed samples, up and down around the space should be left to maintain a smooth airflow in the box;
3, if the sample in the drying process will produce phase changes, must be installed in the tray to avoid contamination of other samples;
4, any liquid solvents and vacuum state of the ignition point, boiling point reduced to 150 ℃ or less items are strictly prohibited in the box.
Second, close the box door
1、Don't close it too hard to avoid causing the box to vibrate greatly;
2、There are bolts on the door of the box, when closing, you need to make sure that the box door and the silicone sealing strip is tightly combined.
Heating
1、Heating step must be carried out in the stable state of air pressure, otherwise it is easy to lead to internal and external pressure and temperature difference, resulting in the external atmosphere rushed into the box and other emergencies;
2、During the heating process, the heating indicator light will be on for a long time, and after reaching the set temperature, the heating will stop automatically and the indicator light will go out at the same time. When the temperature is lower than the set temperature, the heating will start again and the heating indicator light will be on;
3、Heating indicator and temperature need to be displayed normally, if the indicator light is not lit in time to turn off the power and contact the person in charge of the instrument.
Temperature setting
1, set the temperature should not exceed the rated temperature, the material under vacuum ignition point, boiling point plummeted, set the temperature is not reasonable will cause the solid material melting lumps and other phenomena;
2, the digital display temperature needs to be normal instructions, if not displayed or flashing, jumping and other abnormalities need to turn off the power and contact the person in charge of the instrument;
3, the operator needs to wait until the actual temperature and set the temperature is consistent with the heating indicator off before leaving;
4, in order to avoid temperature control failure, need to have a person regularly check whether the instrument is running normally, and pay attention to the baking material changes, if found abnormalities need to be the first time to turn off the heating, cut off the power supply, open the bleeder valve.
V. Sampling
1、Do not open the valve to the maximum one time when deflating, to avoid the external airflow into the box when the impact of the sample, resulting in contamination of the box and the sample between;
2, due to a long time vacuum caused by the box door sealing silicone rubber deformation and can not open the door, can not be forced to open the door, just wait for the sealing silicone rubber ring slowly return to its original state, you can open the door.
3、After taking samples, close the venting valve in time.
