Three, the principle of work

Ensure the uniformity of indoor temperature. When the temperature value swings due to the opening and closing of the door, the air circulation system can be used to quickly restore the temperature value of the operating state.
Workflow
1, connected to the power supply, you can turn on the heating switch, clean oven will be the temperature setting dial dial to the desired value of the working temperature, the temperature "set - measurement" switch is placed in the "set", adjust the temperature setting knob to the required After the working temperature, put the "set-measurement" switch to "measurement", then the box will start to warm up and the green light will be on.
2、After the temperature is reached, the constant temperature can be made for a certain period of time according to the needs of the test. During the process, the clean oven can be automatically controlled by the thermostat without adding manual management.
3, clean oven constant temperature, electric constant temperature blast drying box should be closed high temperature switch, only one group of electric heaters work, so as to avoid excessive power, affecting the accuracy of the constant temperature, the working temperature is less than 150 ℃, only one group of heaters work, should be closed high temperature switch.
4, when the temperature rises to the required working temperature, adjusted to the green light off, and then fine-tune to the green light back on, in this light alternately bright and clear at the point that is the constant temperature, then you can fine-tune the knob to the green light off at the constant temperature is likely to be in the constant temperature, the temperature still continues to rise, this is the effect of waste heat.
