Handling of plankton sampling device glitches

As a commonly used detection instrument, the plankton sampler can accurately reflect the concentration of microorganisms in the clean room. At the same time, it is also an efficient porous suction microbiological collector, which is designed according to the isometric sampling theory. The sampling is direct, and the wind speed at the head of the collection is basically consistent with the wind speed in the clean room, so as to accurately reflect the concentration of microorganisms in the clean room.



It is inevitable that there will be problems in the long-term use of the plankton sampler. It does not mean that the quality of the products produced by the manufacturer is defective. No matter what is used for a long time, it will have some minor problems. Therefore, it is the hard truth to learn some simple maintenance methods of the plankton sampler:



Common faults and solutions in the use of plankton sampler:



1. Power on, indicator light is not on



(1) if the instrument has no voltage output, check whether insurance ALL is new;



(2) if the instrument has voltage output, check whether the indicator light is burnt out;



(3) if the fuse is not blown, check whether the transformer of the instrument is burnt out due to local short circuit of the circuit.



2. The meter head of the power-on instrument indicates instability or the pointer is not positioned



(1) open the instrument panel to check whether the gauge head is stuck, and observe whether there is a foreign body on the coil;



(2) check whether the case of the instrument is grounded.



3. When the power is not connected, the instrument meter head indicates a large swing; Open the instrument panel to check whether the parallel resistance welding of the input end at the back of the meter head is firm.



4. The numeral of the digital acidity meter is unstable or appears drift after power on



(1) check whether the connectors of the instrument are firm;



(2) check whether the circuit board of the instrument is eroded;



(3) check whether the input and output voltages of the instrument are stable;



(4) check whether the operational amplifier in the amplifier circuit of the instrument is burnt out.



This is the solution to the plankton sampler malfunction.
