Since the 1980s, with the emergence of new testing methods, the improvement of the use evaluation and the improvement of the filtration performance requirements, serious problems were found in the HEPA filter, and the UL PA filter with higher performance was produced. At present, the filtration efficiency of the purification table with this filter is improved greatly.



Significant progress has been made in the design of the filter itself, among which the important one is the removal of the separator, that is, the development of the filter without separator. The clapeless filter not only eliminates the danger of the clapboard damaging the filter medium, but also effectively increases the filtration area, improves the filtration efficiency, and reduces the airflow resistance, thus reducing the energy consumption. In addition, the air filter in high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance and waterproof, anti-bacteria and other aspects have also made great progress to meet some special needs.
