Does the installation of the biosafety cabinet need to be connected to the exhaust duct

Biosafety cabinets generally need to be connected to discharge pipelines in order to discharge filtered exhaust gas into the outdoor or ventilation system. The discharge pipeline generally requires materials that are corrosion-resistant, have good sealing performance, and meet the requirements of local environmental regulations. During the installation process, it is necessary to pay attention to the installation position and angle of the discharge pipeline to avoid the backflow and accumulation of waste gas. If the discharge pipeline cannot be connected, it is necessary to use internal circulation to filter the exhaust gas and regularly replace the filter.
The installation of the discharge pipeline of the biosafety cabinet should be carried out by professional installation personnel, and the following steps need to be followed:
Determine the direction and location of the discharge pipeline to ensure smooth exhaust emissions after installation, while not affecting the use of other equipment and channels.

During the installation of discharge pipelines, attention should be paid to safety issues such as waterproofing and fire prevention, and relevant safety regulations and rules should be followed to ensure the safety and reliability of the installation process.
It should be noted that the discharge pipeline of the biosafety cabinet should be separated from the discharge pipeline of the ventilation system to avoid the risk of cross contamination and cross infection.
