Before using the clean workbench, irradiate it with ultraviolet light for half an hour, and check whether all the openable doors and windows around the work area are in the working position. This operation is performed in the center of the operating area. In the design, this is a relatively safe area, and regular maintenance is very important. Before operation, you should have a preliminary understanding of the performance and safety level of the experimental materials and equipment used. Strictly implement laboratory safety regulations. 2. Raise the bottom edge of the glass door to a suitable height, turn on the fan, and run the cabinet for half an hour. The test operation in the cabinet can be carried out normally; in order to ensure the safety of operation, the experimental supplies should be placed in the safety cabinet in advance.
3. After using the workbench, lower the bottom edge of the glass door to the bottom, turn on the UV light, and turn off the equipment after more than half an hour.
4. Clean the surface of the operating area of the clean workbench: first wipe the entire surface with a soft cotton cloth dipped in strong soap, then use another cotton cloth or towel soaked in clean hot water or warm water to wipe the soap foam, and then quickly wipe it with a dry cloth or towel . If the surface of the operating area is contaminated or has traces, wipe it with medical alcohol.
5. External surface and glass door cleaning: Use non-abrasive household cleaners and wipe with a soft cotton cloth or towel.
