Enhanced aerosol generator performance

The aerosol generator is used for integrity test or leak source search test in high efficiency air filtration system. Filter manufacturers use this device to scan ULPA and HEPA (ultra high efficiency, high efficiency) filters to verify their products and confirm that the filters are not damaged during transportation, are installed completely correctly, and have no leakage. Its oil circuit safety supply system and thermal switch function are currently safe generators. For users, this is a more convenient and enhanced generator.
The temperature and working state pressure of the aerosol generator are digitally displayed, and the alarm indicates when the temperature exceeds the limit. Simple operation, good stability, suitable for certification, HEPA performance testing and installation. Inert gas should be used, suitable for AC220V±10%50Hz power supply. Optional remote control to support reading equipment working status: atomization, standby, inlet pressure, atomization pressure. There are many types of aerosol nozzles. For example, two different nozzles can be installed at the same time to automatically generate smoke and dust. Different materials (PSL, DOP, silicone oil, salt, sugar, etc.) can be used to generate aerosols. It produces a polydisperse aerosol by atomizing a solution, and a monodisperse aerosol by atomizing suspended monodisperse particles. The particle concentration can be changed by adjusting the flow rate of the atomizer. The generator is lightweight and compact, with a high-strength design, and a built-in low-noise compressor to provide the compressed air required for the atomization process.
