Aseptic purification workbench use management:
(1) Each time the ultra-clean workbench is used, the experimenter should first turn on the ultraviolet lamp on the ultra-clean workbench, and use it after 20 minutes of ultraviolet irradiation.
(2) Turn on the working power of the ultra-clean workbench, turn off the UV lamp, and spray the ** workbench with 75% alcohol or 0.5% peracetic acid.
(3) During the entire experiment process, the experimenter should operate in accordance with the aseptic operating procedures.
(4) After the experiment, wipe the work surface with ** liquid, turn off the working power, and turn on the UV lamp again for 15 minutes.
(5) In the event of a failure of the unit, the laboratory animal room should be notified immediately, and the professional staff should continue to use it after passing the inspection.
(6) Experimenters should pay attention to keeping the room tidy.
(7) Replace the filter material of the ultra-clean workbench every 2 years, and make a record of the replacement.
