Some important points to note before packing or transporting plankton sampler

Some important points to note before packing or transporting plankton sampler:



1. The surface of the machine can also be wiped with alcohol or water.



2. Be careful not to splash water into the circuit or electronic connection.



3, surface dirt with a soft cloth dipped in about 70 % alcohol or water or other commonly used disinfectant wipe.



4. Perforated cover and dust cover can be sterilized at high temperature and pressure (15 min /121℃) 6.5.3 Note that the holes of the perforated cover are not blocked.



5. Calibration of sampling results: First, the count of microcolony shall be calibrated by Feller statistical calibration table (see the attachment), and then converted into the number of pollution particles per cubic meter.
