Description
The Lecroy DDA-120 is a 4-Channel 1GHz bandwidth oscilloscope. The simultaneuous sampling rate maximum per channel with all four acquisitioning is 2GS/s. The maximum sampling rate with only one active channel is 8GS/s. Like most scopes, it is 8-bit, has external triggering capabilities, multiple triggering modes, holdoff, AC/DC/GND coupling, variable vertical sensitivity, and deep memory. Making this series of oscilloscopes unique, Lecroy added many utilities that are to optimize and automate the measurements made by disk drive manufacturers. This is what distinguishes the DDA (Disk Drive Analysis) series scopes from the others. If these special functions are inactive/unused, the scope functions like any other high-performance benchtop unit.
