Description
The Agilent / HP 54750A Digital Oscilloscope mainframe is a modular system designed to meet the strict design specifications. Up to four high-bandwidth channels and time domain reflectometry are supported by the mainframe unit. The modular design allows for expansion units to be installed. Fast acquisition and processing provides exceptional speed in both front panel operation and in automated test systems controlled by a separate computer. the 20GHz or 50GHz bandwidth and low noise specifications allow for precise measurements on low level and high level signals. The vertical scale factors can be adjusted from 1mV/division to 100mV/division. The bandwidth can be selected between a high (20 GHz/50 GHz) or low (12.4 GHz/26.5 GHz) bandwidth mode and the sampler is biased differently for the two modes.
