Solution to faults in temperature and humidity test chamber


1. When the compressor of the temperature and humidity test chamber is damaged, it should be replaced in a timely manner. The staff should check the control circuit and components of the compressor for damage.
2. When the refrigerant leaks, the nitrogen leak detection method should be used to identify the leak point, and then welding, vacuuming, adding refrigerant, and debugging should be carried out again.
3. If there is an abnormal situation with the solenoid valve, it should be replaced in a timely manner and the control circuit of the solenoid valve should be checked.
4. When encountering capillary blockage, it is necessary to replace the capillary in a timely manner, replace the drying filter, blow off impurities in the condensation system with nitrogen, and then add refrigerant for debugging. 5. When the condenser freezes, it should be heated to dry the water inside the box. If the cooling and heating pipes are damaged, they can be replaced.
6. Control the humidification water level so that the floating ball does not float. The floating ball throttle valve is an automatic adjustment throttle valve. Its working principle is to use a steel floating ball as the power to open and close the valve. By controlling the opening of a small valve and automatically adjusting the liquid supply, the float rises and falls with the liquid level in the float chamber, while also playing a throttling role.
7. If the gauze is abnormal, replace it in a timely manner.
8. Daily check whether the sealing inside the box is normal.
9. When the refrigeration system malfunctions, staff should inspect the refrigeration system.
10. Timely check if the water pipes, cups, humidification buckets, and water tanks are functioning properly.
11. When conducting experiments, try not to open or close the doors as little as possible to prevent inaccurate experimental data.
12. If the circulating motor is damaged or the wind wheel falls off, it is necessary to replace the circulating motor and tighten the wind wheel in a timely manner.
13. Check if the screws on the motor, fan, condenser, fan, compressor, and housing cover are loose.
