The FluorChem Q system allows quantitative detection of multiple proteins in a single assay, eliminating the need to strip and re-probe blots. Intensity values are easily normalized to a loading control to correct for inaccuracies.

DETECT CO-MIGRATING PROTEINS
Overlapping proteins such as phosphorylated and unphosphorylated isoforms or other proteins with similar migration can be probed in the same blot. Our unique Channel Viewer feature allows visualization of individual bands in overlapping areas.

The FluorChem Q system delivers the wide dynamic range and sensitivity essential to accurately detect subtle changes in protein levels.

Serial dilutions of transferrin detected by Western blot with a
