How to use biochemical incubator

1. Open the box door, put the object to be processed into the shelf on the box, and close the box door.

2. Turn on the power, insert the three-pin plug into the power socket, and set the power switch on the panel to the “on” position. At this time, the meter displays a digital display indicating that the device is in working condition.

3. Set the temperature of the box you need by operating the temperature controller on the control panel.

When the set temperature is greater than the ambient temperature by 5 ° C or above, set the cooling transfer switch to "RT + 5 ° C". (For detailed operation instructions of the temperature controller, see the next page.)

4. The biochemical incubator starts to work, and the temperature inside the box gradually reaches the set value. After the required processing time, the processing is completed.

5. Turn off the power supply. After the temperature inside the box is close to the ambient temperature, open the door and take out the object.

Installation and commissioning of biochemical incubator

1. Be careful not to use force on the glass during transportation, and do not hit the cabinet. Inverting and tilting greater than 45° are prohibited.

2. After the equipment is grounded, it should be placed as stable as the ground is uneven.

3. Please do not use the instrument in direct sunlight or high temperature and humidity. The ambient temperature should be kept at 10-30 °C.

4. This equipment should be kept away from electromagnetic interference sources, and the grounding wire of the equipment should be effectively grounded.

5. When the equipment is in normal operation, the load placed in the box should not affect the air circulation to ensure the air circulation and temperature uniformity inside the box.

6, the power supply is AC220V50HZ, must use 10A three-core socket, and has a reliable grounding wire, you must not use the two-core socket.

7, the power cord should not be close to the back, do not let the instrument or other items on the power line, so as not to damage the power cord

Biochemical incubators should pay attention to the following points when they want to have a long service life:

1. Before starting the biochemical incubator, you should be fully familiar with the instruction manual and master the correct use method. To maintain the life of the biochemical incubator.

2, biochemical incubator. To be placed in a place with less dust and less temperature change, the box must be grounded, use a three-pin plug, the socket should be properly grounded.

3. The inside and outside of the biochemical incubator should be kept clean every day, and should be cleaned after each use. For a long time, the plastic dust cover should not be covered and placed in the drying room. At the same time, the inner wall of the box wall and the surface of the equipment should be wiped frequently to keep it clean and increase the transparency of the glass. Do not wipe the outer surface with acid, alkali or other corrosive solutions.

4. When working, avoid frequent opening of the door to keep the temperature stable while preventing dust and dirt from entering.

5. Stop the biochemical incubator, turn off the main power button, and the power switch at the rear of the device.

6. In order to ensure the effective heat dissipation of the condenser, the distance between the condenser and the wall should be greater than 100mm. There should be a 50mm gap on the side of the box and at least 300mm on the top of the box.

7. It is strictly forbidden to contain volatile chemical solvents, explosive gases and flammable gases are placed in the box; flammable sprays should not be used near the biochemical incubator to avoid spark ignition.

8. After the end of the training, please pay attention to timely power off, and take out the items in a timely manner.
