Design principles of purification air conditioning system



The setting of general air conditioning system, two-stage filter air supply system and purification air conditioning system should be set in different places. At the same time, separate air conditioning systems with different operating shifts, rules and times should be set up. 2. Process interference. Purification air conditioning is applied to the entire production workshop of the biopharmaceutical industry, which requires a long enough transmission route. In the transmission line operation, the leakage of equipment and the lack of perfect grounding system will directly affect the operation of air conditioning. In addition, each transmission line USES a cable together, and the interference between the line equipment will also affect the operation of the system.



3. Magnetic field interference. The automatic control system is surrounded by a large number of magnetic fields, electromagnetic fields and static electric fields. Through the power supply or transmission line, the automatic control functions such as purification and air conditioning are affected, resulting in the level change or pulse interference signal in the operation process.



4. Electromagnetic interference. The transmission line load of purification air conditioning automatic control system is large, so many circuit function modules need to be calculated. During the operation of purification air conditioning, rf interference pulses will appear and be absorbed, causing electromagnetic interference between digital circuits and affecting the operation of purification air conditioning.
