1. Clean



Under normal circumstances, when cleaning with a small amount of household or commercial dishwashing agent, it will be dissolved in water and directly wipe off the dirt on the surface of the equipment, the need to cut off the power supply after the operation.



2. Daily maintenance/weekly maintenance



A: disinfect and clean the workshop



B: disinfect and clean the operation panel



C: clean the outer surface of the box and the glass with a flexible cleaner or a special glass cleaner (also clean the glass if uv lamp is installed).



D: check various functions of the equipment against the instructions



3. Monthly maintenance



A: use the detergent to remove all the dust from the outer surfaces



B: sterilize the inside of the equipment



C: perform functional inspection on the equipment and check the safety equipment during normal use



4 years of maintenance



A: retest the safety cabinet according to the certification standard



B: check the tightness of the front glass door drive



C: conduct a comprehensive inspection of the safety of the equipment



D: it is recommended to replace the uv lamp once a year and the fluorescent lamp once every two years



Disinfection of 5.



In order to ensure safety, the whole machine of the safety cabinet should be disinfected before changing the fan and filter, and the whole machine should be disinfected before the operation of the safety cabinet or the contact with the contaminated area is needed, and fumigation is mainly adopted.



The main disinfectants used are: formalin; The neutralizing agent used is ammonia water; Fumigation and disinfection can only be carried out by trained professionals (it is recommended to hire professional engineers of the manufacturer for operation).
