Characteristics of Negative Pressure Weighing Hood

1. The negative pressure sealed design work area maintains a slight negative pressure relative to the external room, and the dust and powder generated during weighing will not float outwards, preventing dust diffusion and avoiding cross contamination in the workshop, fully complying with GMP standards. Internal vertical unidirectional laminar airflow, dust is directly filtered and captured.
2. The inner wall of the full 304 stainless steel cabinet has a rounded transition and no hygiene dead corners. The surface is smooth and dense, easy to wipe and clean, and not prone to dust and powder accumulation. It is resistant to disinfection and wiping.
3. The multi-stage filtration system includes primary efficiency, medium efficiency, and high-efficiency filters, with a high filtration efficiency of over 99.99%. The cleanliness level in the work area is higher than that of the external workshop environment, which not only protects materials from pollution but also prevents dust leakage and harms operators.
4. Intelligent and controllable with built-in differential pressure gauge/touch screen, real-time display of filter resistance, automatic alarm for filter blockage; Fan frequency conversion speed regulation, stable and controllable wind speed; Reserve dedicated power sockets for weighing equipment.
