Let's learn about the downward floating bacteria sampler FKC-2

The FKC-2 planktonic bacteria sampler is a color touch screen planktonic bacteria sampler. The outer shell is made of ABS engineering plastic integrated molding, with no cleaning dead corners, and the product is beautiful and elegant. This product is designed and manufactured strictly in accordance with the requirements of the new version of GMP standards in China, based on the Anderson impact principle and referencing similar products. Applied to relevant industries and departments such as pharmaceutical industry, food industry, beverage tap water, drug testing institute, health and epidemic prevention, hospitals, public places, etc.
Before use, wipe the surface of the sampler, culture dish holder, and sampling head with medical degreased cotton soaked in 75% ethanol. Start the instrument and run it idle for no less than 5 minutes to evaporate the residual disinfectant in the instrument. Set the sampling amount and other parameters based on cleanliness, place it in a culture dish containing culture medium, cover it with a porous sampling head, place it on a horizontal surface 0.8m above the ground, and start the instrument to directly sample.
Instrument features:
1. The color touch screen displays parameters such as sampling volume, sampling delay, sampling interval, sampling flow rate, etc.
2. The sampling head is made of 316 material, with a total of 397 holes and a diameter of 0.7mm micro holes (straight holes, no chamfers), reducing bacterial overlap and minimizing microbial counting errors.
3. Replacing the culture dish is simple, simply remove the collection port to replace the culture dish (using a standard universal culture dish with a diameter of 90 × 15)
4. Can store 5000 sets of data. And it has a USB port connection for data export.
