What is the purpose of a bacterial collection device?
The bacterial collection instrument is a supporting instrument for the bacterial culture instrument. Through the directional peristaltic pressure action of the bacterial collection instrument, the test sample cup is positively filtered and cultured in the filter to test whether the test sample contains bacteria. It can be widely used for aseptic testing of sterile injection preparations, including antibiotics and drugs containing antibacterial ingredients, infusion solutions, water injections, sterilized medical equipment, sterile injection water, etc. It can also be used for microbial limit testing in the food and beverage industries.
The portable bacterial collection device is a supporting facility for disposable fully enclosed bacterial culture equipment. Integrated stainless steel casing design: All use L304 sanitary grade stainless steel, solving the requirements of high cleanliness instruments in sterile rooms and microbiology rooms. Improve the service life of the instrument and reduce the cost of maintenance, replacement, etc. caused by surface rust problems of traditional bacterial collectors. Avoiding surface corrosion caused by chemical substances, the design of the casing surface leaves no dead corners. By using the principle of directional peristalsis and pressure through a bacterial collection instrument, microorganisms in the test sample are trapped on the microporous filter membrane (0.22 μ m * 47mm or 0.45 μ m * 47mm) in the filter. The antibacterial components are removed by washing the filter membrane, and then the required culture medium is directly introduced into the fully enclosed filtration bacterial culture incubator through the injection pipeline and placed in the incubator for sterile cultivation.
Application scope
1. Pharmaceutical industry: Aseptic testing and microbiological limit testing of purified water, injection water, sterile preparations (large infusion, small injection, powder, biological products, blood products, ophthalmic preparations, maintenance fluids, etc.);
2. Equipment industry: Aseptic testing and microbiological limit testing for purified water, injection water, syringes, infusion sets, blood transfusion sets, intravenous catheters, etc;
3. Food and beverage industry;
4. Environmental protection industry, etc.
Main features
1. The lightweight bacterial collection instrument is controlled by PLC and uses high-quality peristaltic pump head: the filtration is smoother, more uniform, and safer;
2. The 5-inch LCD screen can switch between low and high gears at any time, with multiple speed options to meet the filtering needs of various doses of test samples such as large infusion, powder injection, and water injection;
3. Split type drainage tank design: can move freely, convenient for operators' operating habits. The groove is designed with an arc shape, so that waste liquid will not remain in the groove, which solves the problem of bacteria that may be produced after long-term experiments;
4. Double port bracket design: solves the trouble caused by the replacement of traditional large bottle brackets and small bottle brackets, as well as the risk of test samples falling off during the operation process.
