1. Purpose: To use and maintain a clean workbench correctly to ensure purification capacity.
 
2. Scope of application: Suitable for all domestically produced medical ultra clean workbenches used in laboratories.
 
3. Responsibilities: All laboratory staff should be familiar with and strictly adhere to this SOP, and the department head should supervise its implementation.
 
4. Operating procedure for ultra clean workbench:
 
4.1 Newly installed or unused ultra clean workbenches must be carefully cleaned with an ultra clean vacuum cleaner or non fiber producing items before use.
 
4.2 The ultra clean workbench should be powered on, and the UV light and fan unit should be turned on 15-30 minutes in advance before use.
 
When it is necessary to adjust the wind speed of the fan on the ultra clean workbench, use the wind speed adjustment button on the workbench operation panel to adjust it. The fan and lighting are both indicated by indicator lights to indicate their working status.
 
4.4 It is prohibited to store unnecessary items on the ultra clean workbench to maintain a clean airflow in the work area without interference.
 
4.5 It is prohibited to record or write on an ultra clean workbench, and obvious actions that disturb the airflow should be avoided as much as possible during work; It is prohibited to place items at the pre filtered air inlet to prevent blocking the air inlet and reducing the air intake volume, thereby reducing the purification capacity.
 
4.6 After using the ultra clean workbench, clean the workbench with disinfectant and turn on the UV light. After 15-30 minutes, turn off the UV light and turn off the power of the clean table.
 
4.7 For ultra clean workbenches that are not used for a long time, please unplug the power plug.
