Precautions and maintenance methods for biochemical incubator:
1. When handling the biochemical incubator, care must be taken, and the angle between the incubator and the horizontal plane should not be less than 60 °.
2. The minimum distance between the biochemical incubator and the wall should be greater than 10cm to ensure good heat dissipation of the refrigeration system.
3. In order to maintain the appearance of the equipment, acid, alkali, and other corrosive substances are not allowed to wipe the surface of the biochemical incubator box. The box can be regularly wiped dry with a dry cloth.
4. When the temperature is low, condensate water will be generated in the biochemical incubator, and the accumulated water located in the bottom of the incubator should be regularly emptied.
5. The indoor area should be dry, well ventilated, and the relative humidity should be maintained below 85%. There should be no corrosive substances present, and direct sunlight should be avoided on the incubator.
6. The power supply used must have a reliable grounding wire to ensure reliable contact between the grounding wire of the biochemical incubator and the grounding wire of the grid power supply, and to prevent harm caused by leakage or accidental grid power supply.
