Maintenance of microbial limit meter

Maintenance:
1. Before opening the biochemical incubator, the microbiological limit instrument should be fully familiar with and understand the instructions for use, and master the correct method of use. To maintain the service life of the biochemical incubator.
2. The microbial limit meter should be placed in a place with little dust and small temperature changes. The box must be grounded, using a three-pin plug, and the socket should be properly grounded.
3. The inside and outside of the microbial limit instrument box should be kept clean every day, and should be cleaned after each use. If it is not used for a long time, it is necessary to cover the plastic dust cover and place it in a dry room. At the same time, the interior of the box wall and the surface of the equipment should be frequently wiped to maintain cleanliness and increase the transparency of the glass. Do not wipe the outer surface with acid, alkali, or other corrosive solutions
4. During the operation of the microbial limit meter, frequent opening of the door should be avoided to maintain a stable temperature and prevent the entry of dust and dirt.
5. Stop using the microbial limit meter, turn off the main power button, and turn off the power switch at the rear of the device.
6. The microbial limit meter is strictly prohibited from containing volatile chemical solvents, explosive gases, and flammable gases in the box; Combustible sprays shall not be used near the biochemical incubator to avoid spark ignition.
