Air cleanliness level is the grade standard that is divided by the maximum concentration limit of particles greater than or equal to the considered particle size in the air unit volume of clean space. Our air cleanliness level standards are divided into: 100 class, 1000 class, 10000 class, 10000 class, and the clean class cleanliness of super clean workbench: Grade 100 (international ISO14644.1 standard CLASS5).
