Difference between a2 type biosafety cabinet and b2 type biosafety cabinet
1、 Emission difference of air flow:
1. The exhaust air of A2 type safety cabinet returns to the room after high-efficiency filtration;
2. The exhaust air of B2 type safety cabinet is discharged to the outside after efficient filtration.
2、 The use of safety cabinets is different:
1. If the test object is likely to escape radioactive gas, toxic and irritating gas, please select B2 type safety cabinet.
2. Otherwise, A2 type safety cabinet can be selected.
3、 Difference of air change rate:
1. If B2 type safety cabinet is selected, please ensure that the laboratory has sufficient air exchange capacity, otherwise it will cause low suction wind speed of the safety cabinet, cause alarm and seriously reduce its biological safety.
2. A2 is not required.
