According to the direction of the air flow, the existing clean workbench can be divided into vertical type, inside-out type and lateral type. Considering the operation quality and the impact on the environment, the vertical flow is more superior. Principle of vertical flow purification table: Clean air (air intake) flows in the specified direction in a specific space to form a clean environment.

The clean air provided by the air supply filter plate descendes through the surgical area at a specified rate, separates at approximately the middle of the surgical area, and is absorbed by the anterior suction hole and the posterior suction window. Air inhaled at the front and rear of the lower part of the operating area is mixed together and pumped into the positive pressure area at the rear by a blower. In the upper part of the machine, 30% of the gas is discharged from the top through the exhaust filter plate, and about 70% of the gas re-enters the operation area through the oxygen supply filter plate. To replenish the air discharged from the exhaust port, the same volume of air is replenished from the room air through the operating port. This air will never enter the operation area and will only form an air barrier.

Vertical flow purification table fan adopts FFU high efficiency filter unit special fan, with long life, low noise, maintenance free, low vibration, stepless speed regulation and other characteristics. The working life is more than 50,000 hours. The speed regulation performance of the fan is stable, and the air volume can remain constant under the condition of the resistance of the final stage of the HEPA filter.

The vertical flow purification table adopts AAF ultra-thin clapless filter or our own clapless HEPA filter to reduce the volume of plenum, and is equipped with all stainless steel frame and black plexiglass to make the whole table look more high-grade. The detachable large volume pre-filter primary filter can better protect the HEPA filter and ensure the wind speed. Vertical clean table, open table, easy to operate.
