The primary effect and filter are one of the important parts of the clean workbench, and it is also the part that is relatively easy to contact with air dust, because it is in direct contact with the outside world, and the dust and floating objects in the air are easily adsorbed to the filter, in order to ensure For the safety of the staff and the life of the instrument, we should regularly clean and clean the external filter. So the question is, when is the time to change the filter? How to judge?
 
The initial effect filter is generally based on experience and judgment. If the initial effect turns black, the dirty air has blocked the initial effect. The filter has the following judgment methods:
 
①The equipment itself is equipped with a differential pressure gauge, which is generally required when ordering, and the differential pressure gauge can be matched according to customer requirements;
 
②Using a dust particle counter, this instrument can detect the inside of the clean bench from time to time. If the test parameters exceed the standard allowable number of dust, the filter needs to be replaced. Because the dust particle counter is relatively high, and customers are not commonly used, so the general customers are equipped with relatively few.
 
③Use the empirical observation method to feel the size of the wind. If the wind speed is obviously smaller than before, you can adjust it. If you still feel that the wind speed is too low after using for a period of time, you need to replace the filter at this time.
