Functions, flow directions and precautions of various pass box

The transfer window is made of stainless steel plate, smooth and clean. The double doors are interlocked with each other, which can effectively prevent cross-contamination. It is equipped with electronic or mechanical interlocking devices, and is equipped with ultraviolet germicidal lamps.

1. Material transfer window

Function: transfer material

Flow: One-way flow. General area → Class C clean area

Matters needing attention: When transferring materials, the material should not be too much, and ultraviolet irradiation is required for 30 minutes (except for those that cannot be exposed to ultraviolet light). Clean with 75% ethanol after each use and irradiate with UV light for 30min.

2. Waste transfer window

Function: transfer waste

Flow: One-way flow. Class C clean area → general area

Precautions: Clean with 75% ethanol after each use, and irradiate with UV light for 30 minutes.

3. Blood product delivery window

Function: transfer blood samples, finished products, samples for inspection

Flow: Bidirectional flow. Class C clean area → general area

Precautions: Turn on UV irradiation for 30 minutes before use, turn off UV light when using, clean with 75% ethanol after use, and irradiate with UV light for 30 minutes.

4. Transfer window for frozen samples

Function: transfer cryopreservation, resuscitation, and sample retention products

Flow: Bidirectional flow. Class C clean area → general area

Precautions: Turn on UV irradiation for 30 minutes before use, turn off UV light when using, clean with 75% ethanol after use, and irradiate with UV light for 30 minutes.
