Specifications for the use of air showers

1. Purpose: To ensure the correct and safe use of the air shower, and to ensure the cleanliness of the workshop.
2. Scope: This regulation applies to all personnel who enter the workshop.
3. Operation procedure:
3.1  Personnel entering the workshop should remove watches, mobile phones, accessories and other items outside and wear work caps.
3.2 Open the front door, enter the air shower and close the front door.
3.3  After passing through the infrared induction area of the air shower, the double doors of the air shower are automatically locked, and the fan of the air shower starts to blow. 3.4  After blowing the shower for the set time (7 seconds), open the rear door of the air shower and enter the workshop.
4. Precautions
4.1  Before entering the air shower room, you need to see if there is anyone inside (when the air shower system is working, indoor and outdoor personnel cannot push the door with force, enter the air shower room from the rear door, and cannot force the door to open, otherwise the door lock will be locked. be damaged).
4.2 After entering the air shower room, people need to close the door before standing in the induction area, especially when multiple people enter together, close the air shower door and then start the air shower.
4.3 Each air shower room can only air shower at most 3 people at a time.
4.4 The personnel receiving the air shower in the air shower room shall not deliberately avoid the air shower nozzle and shall not arbitrarily change the blowing direction of the air nozzle. 4.5  Do not press the buttons inside and outside the air shower without permission
4.6 The entry and exit of large items, such as material carts and carts, cannot go through the air shower channel, but must go through the material channel.

4.7  If the air shower room is found to be faulty, the equipment department can be notified for maintenance.
