The role of pass box

The transfer window is mainly used in industries that have high requirements for bacterial management, such as biomedical products, which are disinfected with hydrogen oxide and then discharged. As a necessary auxiliary equipment for a clean room, there is really a set of "bacterial management" for the transfer window. It is mainly used to transfer small items between the clean area and the clean area and between the non-clean area and the clean area to reduce the clean room. The number of door openings reduces the pollution of the clean room to a lower level. It is made of stainless steel plate, smooth and clean, double doors interlocked to effectively prevent cross contamination, equipped with electronic or mechanical interlocking device, and equipped with ultraviolet germicidal lamp. It is widely used in microtechnology, biological laboratories, pharmaceutical factories, hospitals, food processing industries, LCDs, electronic factories, etc. that need to purify air.
Operation specifications of the transfer window:
1. Use 0.5% peracetic acid or 5% iodophor to wipe the items to be transferred.
2. Open the outer door of the window, quickly place the items to be conveyed, disinfect the conveying window with 0.5% hydrogen peroxide spray, and then close the outer door of the conveying window.
3. Turn on the ultraviolet light in the window, and irradiate the items to be transported with ultraviolet light for no less than 15 minutes.
4. Notify the experimenter or staff in the barrier system, open the door in the transfer window, and then take out the item.
5. Close the door in the window.
