Air shower

The air shower room plays an extremely important role and significance on the air quality effect of the food aseptic workshop. The sterilization process, personnel hygiene, and environmental hygiene of the food production workshop require advanced sterilization technology to control. Workers immediately enter the air shower room after changing their work clothes, which can reduce pollution problems caused by personnel entering and leaving the purification workshop.

The reason why the air shower room can remove dust from all parts of the people entering and leaving is because there is a two-stage filtration circulation system inside the air shower room. The air sucked in by the air shower system is filtered by the primary and high two-stage filters, and then blown out by the air shower nozzle. After being compressed by the air shower nozzle, the blowing wind speed reaches 25M/S.
After several tests conducted by the International Alliance of Air Shower Equipment Manufacturing, 99.999% of dust larger than 0.3 microns can be taken away at this wind speed, so the international standard for air shower wind speed should not be lower than 25M/S.
GMP, QS and other dust-free workshops supporting air showers need to be equipped with sterilization systems. With the improvement of technology and product requirements, the air showers used in dust-free workshops in many industries need to be equipped with ozone or germicidal lamps as the sterilization system to remove the wind. Bacteria hidden in the leaching system to avoid polluting the dust-free workshop.
The sanitation and safety of the food industry should focus on three aspects:
1. Control the operating specifications of production personnel.
2. Control the environmental pollution around the food workshop (establish the operating space of the clean workshop).
Third, prevent the quality problems of product raw materials in the procurement process.
The air shower room occupies an important position in the clean room. It adopts the internal ring air exchange method, single-side or multi-side spray, and sprays clean air from the rotatable nozzle to effectively remove the dust on the personnel.
The general spray method of the air shower room is divided into three types:
Single blow type: The air shower room is equipped with nozzles on only one side, horizontal spraying, suitable for production plants with low requirements, such as: barrel water production workshop, food packaging production line, beverage processing production line, etc.
Double blowing type: nozzles are installed on the left and right sides, suitable for food processing industries, such as small-scale workshops for pastry and dried fruit production.
Three blow type: nozzles are installed on the left and right sides and the top side, and the three sides are sprayed at the same time to achieve a higher effect, suitable for export production and processing enterprises and other high-demand industries.
