Air sampler use, operation method

Phytoplankton sampler is a commonly used detection instrument, which can accurately reflect the concentration of microorganisms in the clean room. In the process of culture, these living microorganisms undergo a dynamic rehydration process and grow at a high speed, so that the results can be obtained faster. The phytoplankton sampler is used for testing air microorganisms in clean rooms and sterile environment in GMP factory, dairy factory, hospital operating room, biological cleaning, fermentation industry and other clean rooms, as well as for sampling air microorganisms in relevant research and teaching departments. Operation method of planktonic bacteria sampler before use, wipe the surface of the sampler, the petri dish pedestal and the sampling head with medical degreased cotton soaked in 75% ethanol, and start the instrument to run idling for not less than 5 minutes to evaporate the residual disinfectant in the instrument.
