General:
It is suitable to slice up the XLPE and PE cable’s specimens as required in GB11017, GB/T2951 and GB12706 to be prepared for tests of hot set, semi-conducting resistivity and insulation’s tensile strength and elongation-at-break, etc.
It can cut specimen in longitudinal and transverse ways, and also longitudinal bilateral cuts.

2. Work principle:
The motor drives screw and moves cutter back and forth on which are fixed with cutting blade and rolling cutter. Cutting thickness is determined by adjusting the relative position of the blade and its holder. Adjusting the relative position of rolling cutter and specimen to cut various-thickness specimen.
