This machine, including four types, is specially developed for preparation of welding,
beveling, chamfering of materials. Driven by motors of SIMENS(German) and LUHONG(Taiwan), it is suitable for milling high_alloy steel, stainless steel , regular steel,
cast iron, rigid plastic, nonferrous metal etc. by physical way.
The cutting plates provided by our company are made of high_speed tool steel&nbs******bsp;alloy
steel.With the advantages of excellent performance, low_cost, long lifetime(milling over 2000m), it can be used to milling the welding angles and grooves before
welding. And the welding edges are perfectly formed and need no finishing&nbs******bsp;deburring.
It moves along the edges automatically when milling large materials, while it
automatically mills small materials. With so many advantages, such as high efficiency
(3 times of the traditional beveling machine, 2.5m/min. speed), low_energy consumption,
it greatly reduces labor intensity,improves the quality of welding grooves and
it is an ideal beveling machine.

It mills large materials by moving around the edges
automatically in high speed and efficiency and
without steel distortion&nbs******bsp;metallographic change.
When milling small materials, it only need to put
the small steels into the beveling machine directly.
It's easy to operate and one worker can operate several
equipments simultaneously.
It is suited for regular carbon steel, medium steel,
stainless steel and aluminum alloy etc.
The hydraulic lifting device for the machine is optional.
The steel plates are easy replaceable
and its thickness is easy adjustable.
