Dr Christoph Steger has been appointed head - Marketing and Product Management departments at Cincinnati Extrusion GmbH, Vienna. The new manager, who holds a doctor's degree in business administration, has now taken over part of the duties previously administered by Hans Berlisg. Dr Steger has also taken charge of the Quality Management Department, which has till now been the responsibility of Walter Häder, managing director, Cincinnati Extrusion GmbH. Dr Steger studied at the Vienna University of Economics and Business, from where he also received his doctor's degree with entrepreneurship, innovation, and business administration as his major subjects. His studies and the experience gathered in his work at two business consultancy firms, and the time spent as assistant to the management board at Cincinnati, has given him the ideal position to master his new tasks perfectly.

Hans Berlisg had joined the company in 1968 and has held a great variety of leading positions since then. Besides his outstanding marketing abilities, he is also the founder of Extruserve, a brand of Cincinnati Extrusion, which specialises in screw & barrel design as well as reconditioning of used machines.
